After being with a previous realtor for six months and seeing no progress, I contacted Robert immediately being that he was one of the first realtors who reached out to me during my probate process. All I can say is that Robert has the strategies of the century to get your property viewed and moving. Within one month we had four viewings for our property by the second month we had a legit offer. Robert was professional, patient, and kind, especially with me being a first time seller and took care of all the necessary tasks needed for closing. He is experienced and well-versed in all areas of selling and buying and if he doesn’t have the answer, he’ll find it for you quickly. I am 100% satisfied with the process of selling my property.
