I want to thank Robert Zeoli and the real-estate team he works with, for their prompt attention and help solving the real estate issues involving the sale of an inherited property that had become extraordinarily complex mine field that made it difficult to settle, find a buyer and close. I also want to thank you Robert, for helping to successfully guide us through the complicated real estate issues that were a potential nightmare and well beyond our pay grade. (Probate paper work needed to secure title, dealing with the bank that held the mortgage, HOA issues and closing the deal with its maze of contracts and previous encumbrances the property was saddled with). I would also like to highlight the professional manner it was handled and express our thanks for expeditiously navigating the many speed bumps, broken parts and missing pieces, that seems to confound two previous real estate services who were unable to close the deal.
